Meet the Builder
Torch Craft Marine was founded in 2020 by Troy Whitlock. Before building boats for customers, he was building them for himself and the people around him, refining the kind of mini jet boat he actually wanted to run.
With nearly 30 years in welding and fabrication, plus a background in CAD, electrical work, and CNC metal design, Troy brings a hands-on approach to every build.
Before Torch Craft Marine, he owned Oregon Torch Craft, creating custom metalwork for people across the country.
Today, every aluminum boat that leaves the shop reflects that same mindset: build it right, or don’t build it at all.
